Hello, and welcome to my website. I have been a cleaning lady for over 20 years. I started cleaning in high school. Cleaning at a motel my parents manage to working with a cleaning company as a young adult. All the way to owning my own cleaning service. I have been cleaning fulltime now for the last 5 years. I have gotten a lot of my clients through word of mouth. And most of my clients end up being like family to me.
I do the things you can't or don't want to do.
DCS is a cleaning services that offers a verity of cleaning. From move out/in to weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleanings. DCS does residential to commercial cleaning. When cleaning a move out/in my clean is very detail. Why not get the job done right the first time. My goal is to help other weather you are in need of having someone help clean for your elderly parent or for a small business that just needs a little bit of help and don't want to pay a high price for it. What ever the case may be. I am here to do the things you can't or don't want to do.
Method
Method is a plant base, non-toxic cleaner. Great to use if you have kids, pets or both. I have been using Method for years now and have had no complaints.
My goal for DCS.
I name my business Daily Chores Services for a reason. When I started my business. My goal was not only to help as many people as I can. But to build and add more services. I want to add carpet cleaning, window cleaning, blind cleaning, and a earn service. For people who can't drive but need someone to go to the store for them. Or help with trasportation to the doctors and so on. I am a people person and love helping others. So my pray for DCS is to not only help others but to build a household name. Daily Chores Services.
Why a hourly
rate?
I have chosen to charge by the hour. And only by the hour. I have seen a lot of companies charge a set amount, bring two cleaners and the job only take a hour or two. And the customer paid 200.00 for the job. Two cleaners for two hours would be 140.00 for DCS. I clean for a elderly man once a week for two hours. He don't need much and doesn't have a big home. So why should he pay a lot. I use to have a clinic that only needed her home vacum, swept and moped. She had bad allergies to dust. So she was not home when I came. I like to help people and know that money doesn't grow on trees.

Booking a cleaning job
Booking a cleaning job with DCS is a pice of cake. You can either email me or call me. It's that simple. I have found that calling me is the best form. I don't always get a chance to check my email everyday. So if you are looking to book a cleaning job right away. Calling me is the best way to get a hold of me fast. Once on the phone I will write down all the areas in your home or business you want cleaned and how big your home or business is and let you know how long I think the job might take. First time cleans take a little longer then cleaning jobs that are done a regular basis. After telling you how long the job will take you then can get a idea of what the cost may be.. My rate is 35 dollars per hour. So knowing the cost is simple. If you think all yo need or all you want to pay for is two hours then two hours it will be. Costing you only 70 dollars. And paying is simple also. I take cash, check, and credit. I use square for credit payments. If interested in my services please call and book your clean today.
Finding a good cleaning person.
Finding a good cleaning person can be hard. It's not like hiring a plumber and taking that day off to be there while they do their work. Hiring someone to clean your home or business takes trust. You may not be always be able to be there when you want the job done. Life can be busy and hetic. And most cleaning job are done weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. After finding someone you can trust. Make sure they are licensed, bonded or insured. Not only does that protect the person cleaning your home but you as well. I have had some people ask for my bond information for their home owner insurance. Get references! A good cleaning person will always have references.
